What better way than over matcha and tea? We set up the cart in the business school lobby with our standard menu and served the new dean, the student body and staff. Corporate FAQ
Can you invoice us and provide a COI?
Yes. We provide W-9s, certificates of insurance, and invoices with [net-15] terms.
How many people can you serve per hour?
About 60 drinks an hour with our standard two-person team. We add staff for larger groups at no surprise cost.
What space do you need in our office?
A 6 x 6 ft area with access to an outlet. We do carry long extension chords. The cart is collapsible and is built and taken down on-site.
Can we add our logo?
Yes: custom cup stickers with your logo & menu signage are available and come included if you join our office program. Logo stencils for cold foam and vinyl mirror signs need 3 weeks' notice.
Do you serve conferences, expos and events outside the office?
Yes. We set up at conference centers, expo booths, hotels, offsites, outdoor venues and client events across Orange County, Los Angeles and the Inland Empire. Travel within our 50-mile home zone is included. We'll confirm power, load-in and any venue vendor requirements, like a COI, ahead of time.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend 4 to 6 weeks for most events. Logo stencils, vinyl signs, and custom flavor creation needs at least 3 weeks. Shorter notice? Ask us. If the date is open, we'll make it work.
Do you offer recurring office visits?
Yes. Monthly or every-other-week visits with a new seasonal drink each time. Commit to a quarter and every visit is 5% off. See the office program above.
