Wedding & Celebration FAQ

How many guests can you serve?

We've served celebrations of up to 250 guests. For gatherings of 60 or fewer, every cup is hand-whisked to order; for bigger weddings we staff up so the line keeps moving.

When should we serve the matcha during our wedding?

Whenever it fits your day best. Skipping or swapping the alcohol bar? Let matcha run through cocktail hour and the reception. Want a sweet finish? Book us for dessert or late-night service: a little caffeine keeps the dance floor going and helps guests head home alert. Or start the day with us, serving the wedding party while you get ready, or at the day-after brunch.

Can you match our colors and theme?

Yes. Your menu sign, cup stickers, mirror photo sign and drink names are designed with you. We can even create a new flavor for your day.

Do you have caffeine-free and dairy-free options?

Always. Fruit milks are caffeine-free, and we bring plant-based milks to every event.

How far in advance should we book?

3 to 9 months is ideal. Shorter notice is often possible, so ask.

What do you need from our venue?

A 6 x 6 ft level space, access to power, and about 45 minutes to 1 hour for setup. We handle the rest.

Do you travel outside Orange County?

We serve Orange County, Los Angeles and the Inland Empire. A travel fee may apply beyond 40 miles.
